If anything is wrong, tell us.
Everything we sell funds the work, and we would rather you had something you are glad to wear than something sitting in a drawer.
If it arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered
Email info@silencebetweensirens.com within 30 days, with a photograph and the order number from your Stripe receipt. We will replace it, or refund you in full including the postage you paid, whichever you prefer. You will not usually need to send anything back, and if we do need it, we cover the postage.
If a print or a seam fails
A print that cracks or lifts, or stitching that comes away, in ordinary wear and washing, is a fault rather than fair wear. If that happens within six months, tell us and we will replace it. After six months, tell us anyway and we will look at it; a garment ought to last longer than that.
Washing hot or tumble drying against the care label is not something we can put right, so it is worth following it.
If you change your mind, or the size is wrong
You have 14 days from the day it arrives to tell us, and another 14 days to post it back. Email us first so we know it is coming.
Items need to come back unworn and unwashed, with any tags still on. Trying something on to see if it fits is fine; wearing it is not.
We refund the full price you paid, within 14 days of the item reaching us or of you sending proof of posting, whichever is sooner. It goes back to the card you paid with. If the whole order comes back, the postage you paid us comes back with it. Return postage is yours to cover, unless the item was faulty.
If it is a size swap and we still have the size you want, say so and we will exchange it rather than refund you.
Engraved items
An engraved tumbler is made to your specification, so the 14 day change of mind above does not apply to it. That is the only right it affects.
Everything else on this page still does. If it arrives damaged, if the engraving is not what you asked for, or if we get the spelling wrong, tell us and we will replace it or refund you in full. We email you to confirm the wording before anything is engraved, so there is a point at which to catch it.
Drop items
Items made to order in a drop carry exactly the same rights. Limited does not mean final. Engraving is the one exception, and it is covered above.
Anything else
Email info@silencebetweensirens.com. None of this affects your legal rights.
