Letters to leaders

What we have asked for, and who we asked.

We write to the people who can change the system. Every letter we send is published here in full, exactly as it was sent.

Each letter is the text the recipient received. We do not edit them afterwards, and we do not update a figure that has since moved on, because a letter is a record of what we said on the day we said it. Where a statistic has been superseded, the current wording is the one we use in new work.
