We cannot do what we want to do on our own. A community of people across the emergency services who want to help is central to the difference we make. Some raise money. Some carry our name where people will see it. Everyone here took something on.

Happening now

Some have a page open, and sponsoring one puts money straight into the work we do. Others are carrying our name at an event, which puts us in front of people who have never heard of us.

    Sinead and Yas are sergeants with the Metropolitan Police. They are taking on Hyrox in weighted vests, wearing our shirts and patches.

Before you start

Get in touch before you set a page up. We can give you the right wording, make sure the money reaches us properly, and tell people what you are doing rather than finding out afterwards.

One thing to be straight about. We do not hold charity places for events yet. We would like to secure a small number for the bigger ones, because we know how competitive a place can be, and that is for the future. Everyone on this page found their own place and chose to raise money for us while they were at it. We are fortunate that they did.

One thing we ask. Fundraising for a suicide prevention cause often brings questions from people who are struggling themselves. You do not have to have the answers. Point them at the support lines at the foot of this page, and tell us, so we can help.
